For Customers
Start on our Sell Your Device page: select your device, add its details and photos, and share your contact information. Verified buyers make offers and we email you the highest one. If you accept, the buyer collects the phone from your address and pays you on the spot. You can also walk into any TEKRIO partnered store, which inspects the device and completes the sale for you.
Offers are made by independent, verified buyers based on your device's model, condition and photos. You get the highest of their offers, not just one shop's quote, and you're under no obligation to accept. If the buyer finds the device's actual condition differs from what you described, they can propose a lower price, and it only changes if you approve it.
If you sold online, the buyer pays you directly at your doorstep, by UPI or cash, when they collect the phone. You give them the handover code from your offer page, then tap “I've been paid” there to complete the sale. If you sold at a partnered store, you're paid at the store. Either way, back up and reset your device before the sale.
No. Selling on TEKRIO is free for you: the buyer pays TEKRIO's fee, not you. If your device's condition differs from the details you shared, the price may change, but only with your approval. You can always decline and keep your phone.
An emailed offer is open for 4 hours; the deadline is shown in the email and on your offer page. After you accept, your offer page shows a handover code and the buyer contacts you to collect the phone from your address within 60 minutes. If you change your mind before you hand over the phone, you can cancel from your offer page.
The phone with its accessories (box, bill and charger if you have them) and a government photo ID. The buyer records your ID and the phone's IMEI in the TEKRIO app, which keeps stolen phones off the marketplace. Back up your data and sign out of your accounts first.
Give your handover code to the buyer only in person, when you hand over the phone — never over a call or message. After the pickup, your offer page asks whether you were paid: tap “I've been paid”, or “I haven't been paid” and our team will step in. If you don't tell us within 24 hours, we take it that you were paid. For any other problem, use “Report a problem” on your offer page or email info@tekrio.in.

Store listings include condition details, photos and IMEI captured by the partnered store. Online listings include the seller's own condition details and photos of the device's sides; the IMEI and the seller's ID are recorded by you at handover.
Yes. Your marketplace feed shows listings from the partnered stores you have access to, and you can make offers on as many as you like.
If you win a device listed online, only TEKRIO's commission is held in your wallet. Once the seller accepts, you get their name, phone and address; collect the phone from their doorstep within 60 minutes. Check it, record their ID, then enter the seller's handover code and the IMEIs in the app as you take the phone, and pay them directly. The commission is charged once the seller confirms the payment (or after 24 hours if they report no problem). If the condition differs from the listing, you can propose a lower price in the app, which the seller approves or declines.
