    Select device

    Choose whether it's an Apple or Android device and enter the model — online through Sell Your Device, or at a partnered store.

  2. Step 2

    Add details

    Share storage, RAM, condition and accessories. Online, you add photos of each side; at a store, the store inspects the device and records photos and IMEI.

  3. Step 3

    Buyers make offers

    Your device is listed on the TEKRIO marketplace feed, where verified buyers make their offers.

  4. Step 4

    Get your best offer

    We bring you the highest offer. No comparing, no haggling. You're under no obligation to accept.

  5. Step 5

    Complete transaction

    Accept the offer and the buyer collects your device from your doorstep, checks it and pays you on the spot.

Two ways to sell

Doorstep pickup, or at a partnered store

Sell online

  1. Describe your device and add photos on Sell Your Device.
  2. Verified buyers make offers; we email you the highest one.
  3. Accept it within a few hours. Your offer page shows a handover code, and the buyer calls you to arrange the pickup.
  4. Within 60 minutes the buyer comes to your doorstep, checks the phone and records your photo ID.
  5. Hand over the phone and give the buyer your code; they pay you on the spot, by UPI or cash.
  6. Tap “I've been paid” on your offer page — that completes the sale. Not paid? Tell us there and our team steps in.

Sell at a partnered store

  1. Walk into a TEKRIO partnered store with your device.
  2. The store inspects it and lists it with photos and IMEI.
  3. Verified buyers make offers while you wait.
  4. Accept the best offer, or walk away.
  5. Complete the sale at the store and get paid there.
